March 3: Closing Beers

March 4: A Taste of Home
The fourth annual Taste of Home event sponsored by NYC’s Housing Work’s will take place this Monday and feature the Food Network’s Alex Guarnaschelli, Tasting Table’sScott Hocker and honorary co-chairs Ted Allen and Ruth Reichl. Guests who attend will get to sample bites from some of the city’s best chefs and know that the proceeds from their nibbling will go to support Housing Works’ fight to end AIDS and homelessness. March 4: Meaty Balls
Meatball Shop co-owner Daniel Holzman is holding a cooking class for those interested in making their own balls. March 4-18: Japanese Restaurant (two) Weeks
The staple NYC event is getting an Asian twist. For two weeks this March, Japanese restaurants across the city will offer special deals to celebrate a culinary tour through the country.

The Armory Art Week is back in New York City for the 15th year. The world renowned event is both for the avid collector and casual viewer as well as everyone in between.
