It’s time for some swine! Cochon 555, a porkcentric cook-off is back, this year with a set of impressive ladies taking the helm. Missy Robbins (A Voce), Alex Guarnaschelli (Butter), Leah Cohen (Pig and Khao), Elizabeth Falkner (Krescendo) and Shanna Pacifico (Back Forty West) will each transform a whole heritage breed hog into a snout-to-tail feast for 20 judges and 400+ guests.
