Highlighting the top vendors in antiques, furniture, vintage and jewelery the market takes the borough of Brooklyn by storm each weekend. The flea market runs Saturdays in Fort Greene and Sundays in Williamsburg while a food centric offshoot, Smorgasburg, is held Saturdays in the Williamsburg space. Make the trip BK to purchase goods from from the selection of tightly curated local artisans through the weekend of November 19- 20th. Tight on money or not in the mood for shopping? The grub selection alone is worth a visit. Train and ferry service to the fairs make for easy transport. Grab brunch and a beer at nearby Radegast or one of the other quaint restos in the borough and make a day of it.
