October 7- October 31: Zombies Everywhere

Nightmare: Z-Day returns to the Bronx. Get into the Halloween spirit and take a trip to Pelham Bay this weekend. Haunt enthusiast Bobby Ferrara converts a safe house to a nightmare with flesh eating undead lurking in every corner. More on the event can be found here. October 7: Sip + Bite + Slurp

LUCKYRICE and the Japanese Culinary Institute an exploration of sake by artisanal brewers in conjunction with eight restaurants representing the four major regions of Japan. Tickets to the tasting event are $50-88 and can be purchased here. Metropolitan Pavilion, Metropolitan Suite 2nd floor, 123 West 18th Street 6- 9 PM

October 9: Meatpacking Treats

Head down to the Meatpacking District for the 2nd Annual Good Food Fest. The food and fun filled day features traditional foods from local producers. October 9: Celebrate the Season
